The CRCI Steering Committee takes the protection of intellectual property very seriously. Submitted papers must be original and not be considered elsewhere for publication. Overlaps with previously published or simultaneously submitted papers, from any of the authors, should be clearly documented in the manuscript. By submitting your work, you agree to allow it to be screened for plagiarism.

Presentations

All presentations must be on the conference PPT template. The presenter’s company logo may be added where indicated but the size must not be adjusted. Presentations in a given session will be combined to enable smooth transitions. Email completed presentations to programmechair@cyber-rci.com no later than one week before the event. Presentations will be carried out from the ATU device in the room where you are scheduled. Alternative devices or data sources cannot be accommodated for security reasons.

Presentation Guidelines

  • Keep it simple. Focus on 1 point per slide to keep the audience interested.
  • Less is more. Less text means that your audience can focus on what you say.
  • Remember the audience. What do you want them to remember the most?
  • Picture perfect. An image can convey more than words if used carefully.
  • Commercial endorsements. Avoid endorsing your product or company. Focus on the research.

There is a set time for each presentation so that we can hear about the great work of each of our presenters. Test your timing so that you don’t end up rushed.
