We at Cyber-RCI support diversity, equity and inclusion at this event. We have adopted IEEE policies to support non-discrimination. To this end we would ask our attendees to be aware of, and support the following policies.

IEEE Nondiscrimination Policy

IEEE prohibits discrimination, harassment, and bullying against any person for any reason—for example, because of age, ancestry, color, disability or handicap, national origin, race, religion, gender, sexual or affectional orientation, gender identity, appearance, matriculation, political affiliation, marital status, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.

IEEE Diversity Statement

IEEE’s mission to foster technological innovation and excellence to benefit humanity requires the talents and perspectives of people with different personal, cultural, and disciplinary backgrounds. IEEE is committed to advancing diversity in the technical profession, and to promoting an inclusive and equitable culture in its activities and programs that welcomes, engages and rewards those who contribute to the field, without regard to race, religion, gender, disability, age, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, or gender expression.

IEEE UK&I Women in Engineering

Through collaboration with the WIE, Cyber-RCI has made it our goal to encourage and support diversity in our keynotes, our programme and our committees.

Inclusion
We understand that the needs of some differ from those of others. If you have particular needs that you would like addressed please  contact the programme chair or the conference chair and we will do our utmost to facilitate you. This can include dietary restrictions, mobility access or other requirements. Remember that we can only help if you let us know. The sooner we know the better 😉

Continuous Improvement

We aim to improve every year. We would like to ensure that our conference is a welcome space for all professionals. Let’s make the change together that we would like to see in all conferences.
