The CRCI Steering Committee takes the protection of intellectual property very seriously. Submitted papers must be original and not be considered elsewhere for publication. Overlaps with previously published or simultaneously submitted papers, from any of the authors, should be clearly documented in the manuscript. By submitting your work, you agree to allow it to be screened for plagiarism.
Camera Ready Papers
Papers must be prepared in the standard IEEE two-column format (A4 size), including all text, figures, tables, and references. Full-length submissions must not exceed eight (8) A4 pages, and short papers must not exceed four (4) A4 pages.
There are three steps that must be followed to complete the submission of your camera-ready version.
Step 1: Prepare your revised final manuscript
- Prepare your final manuscript following the IEEE format.
- Address reviewers comments and revise your paper accordingly before submitting the final camera-ready version.
- Ensure that any content generated using LLMs are clearly identified, cited and include the text used to generate the content.
- Make sure that all Figures and Tables are of high quality and their content is easily seen.
- Verify that the title, author list, ORCID IDs, and abstract are accurate and up to date.
- Remove all headers and footers including page numbering
- Review your content for accessibility. Be inclusive 😉
Step 2: Validate Your Final Manuscript with IEEE PDF eXpress
Validate your revised final manuscript PDF version with IEEE PDF eXpress . Please see the attached step-by-step instructions for completing the IEEE Xplore-compliant PDF format (IEEE Xplore-compliant PDF Instructions).
Step 3: Submit Your IEEE Xplore-Compliant PDF to EasyChair
Upload the IEEE Xplore-compliant PDF to Easychair. You must submit your paper using the EasyChair proceedings author role for Cyber-RCI 2025.

Presentations
All presentations must be on the conference PPT template (PPT Template for CRCI-2025) . The presenter’s company logo may be added where indicated but the size must not be adjusted. Presentations in a given session will be combined to enable smooth transitions. Email completed presentations to cyberadmin@universityofgalway.ie no later than one week before the event. Presentations will be carried out from the university device in the room where you are scheduled.
Presentation Guidelines
- Keep it simple. Focus on 1 point per slide to keep the audience interested.
- Less is more. Less text means that your audience can focus on what you say.
- Remember the audience. What do you want them to remember the most?
- Picture perfect. An image can convey more than words if used carefully.
- Commercial endorsements. Avoid endorsing your product or company. Focus on the research.
There is a set time for each presentation so that we can hear about the great work of each of our presenters. Test your timing so that you don’t end up rushed.
